Nah it’s a free for all for now. See the to do point on permissions on the To Do page.

Permissions – Recent Changes module disregards permissions settings so no point trying to set permissions until this bug is fixed

One we decided wasn’t worth waiting on to go live. So just be aware that anything we say for now can be read by others. It’ll get fixed sooner or later.
