Hopefully here we can all air our “sorrys” and we can all move on to a better 2008.
I would like to apologise to anyone whom may feel that I was abusing them when asking complete tasks, this was not my intent. However, perception before intent. I am truly sorry. Rest assured I will make a genuine effort to word things better in the future to ensure something like this does not re occur.
I would like to apologise if people feel I have played a part in the breaking of any rules, specificly rule 28.
I would like to apologise to people who have disagreed with my methods for managing tardiness and poor contribution. I agree that I was angsty to certain people of our team. No matter what the reason, this was unacceptable.
I state once again that I conduct my actions in a hope to better team IPX and drive it forward into the future. I hope that I am not standing alone when I say that I expect IPX members to fulfill their commitments, responsibilities and to be truthful to their word. I expect everyone to be focused on the future, committed to bettering IPX, be pragmatic and timely in their actions.
If someone feels I have left out any part of anything, please jog my memory via a PM and I will happily adjust if required.

I’m glad you said that. Hopefully this can be part of things getting better in certain areas.
For my part I’d like to apologize for arguing in the IRC channel in full view of anyone who was there. I shouldn’t have done that.
There are others who were more effected by this than me that need to accept or not accept this apology before we can attempt to move past this.

It’s good to see the odds reconciled:) IPX is a real fun mature clan and I’ve got no doubt it’ll stay that way. Good work on the node server shadow,panda and zoomer few minutes ago…awesome fun!

Hmm, there is a ways to go yet, but well done to shad for choosing to take a step in the right direction, seriously.
I would like to take a moment to apologize for any angst or irritation I may have caused in the IRC chats, the site, or in general. Whatever the reasons, the site and IRC are two places where public displays of venting should be limited, particularly at other team mates, let’s save that for the enemy.
I am a part of this team because it gives me an opportunity to wind down after a hard day and have a fun time with like minded people. I’m not here to argue, fight, or cause disarray and I won’t tolerate anyone who is. This is a hobby to me, usually a fun one. It’s not a second job.
As Winston once said – “come then, let us go forward together with our united strength”.
