back online, for now. the techie plugged his god device into our phone line, which told him there was a fault 55metres away, which is the little white box on the telegraph pole on the opposite side of the street. Fixed, no more crackle in our phone line, nets back on, hope it stays that way.

Nets lever speak of this again.. =/
