CPU Intel I7 3770K $387.00 Damn price went up, f***ers
CPU Cooler Noctua NH-D14 $86.00 -
Case Antec P183v3 $154.00 There’s a few sensible silent cases without side windows that I liked but I kept coming back to this one
Power Supply Silverstone ST75F-P 750w modular $128.50 Considered a Seasonic or Corsair gold graded one for $100 more ensuring silence and better efficiency, but from reviews this looks very silent and is bordering on gold rated
Graphics Card eVGA GTX 680 SC $689.00 Considered waiting for the newer model with the 2 silent fans… can’t wait that long though
DVD Pioneer DVR-219LBK $25.00 -
Hard Disk 1 Crucial M4 128GB $178 Switched based on advice
Hard Disk 2 Seagate ST2000DM001 2TB Barracuda, 7200RPM $135.00
Hard Disk 3 Seagate ST2000DM001 2TB Barracuda, 7200RPM $135.00
RAM Corsair 16GB 1600mhz DDR3 $130.00 Chose low profile ram so it would fit with the cpu fan
Sound Card None - Dropped it to keep it under $3k for the warranty
Speakers Creative GWT40-SII $122 -
