Everyone is positive and motivated now…
but realistically, how committed will you all be when faced with the possible situation of being on the bottom of the ladder and consistantly losing?
If people Really want to do this… I want a promise from everyone, and i mean EVERYONE…..
NO ONEQUITS, NO ONEPIKES…. WE WILLSTAND AT THEEND AS A TEAM, EITHER AS WE ARE OR STRONGER!
below is the current IPX gaming roster… some want to play more then others, which is fine. but we are a team. A team which has had the philosophy since long ago “one in…. All in!”
so its not about wanting to play… its about standing up together as team.
those who don’t want to play very much, can be supportive and play in the tough times.
to improve we will need to play organised games, either against ourselves, bots or another clan. we will need to do it often
so I’m changing my vote, to a YES! IF we can get everyone on the below roster to agree and be 100% committed!
When I see 100% commitment to being a team. ill be convinced this is the right thing to be doing!
If we don’t get 100% commitment….. i think the conclusion is obvious
So whose going to stand up with me, commited as a team, look at the struggle ahead and answer the call
