Playing on same team

Which team you are put on is controlled by which order you enter the game.

Odds go on one side, evens the other.

eg.
Team 1:
1, 3, 5, 7, 9

Team 2:
2, 4, 6, 8, 10

If you join the game and are not the ideal position, you can quit and rejoin once another person has joined.
eg.
Shad and I want to play the same side. He joins 1st. I join second. I should quit, then wait until Shad says a second player has joined, then I can join as position 3. This is the closest we can get to manipulating which team we are on.
