I am not at all happy about this response.
I have absolutely no idea about what clause of the ToS I have infringed upon.
It seems to me I have been sent a cookie cutter, copy & paste reply.
“Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. As a valued customer, your feedback is very important to us.”
I feel as if I’m simply being lied to. I do not feel valued at all, in fact, I simply feel downright insulted.
Please advise as to the clause of the ToS that I have infringed, and also the particular incident.
If I do not receive an adequate response, I will be ringing your call centers on Monday morning.
